Items purchased with a fulfillment address in the domestic United States qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping. USPS Ground Advantage Shipping is trackable, and usually takes 3-5 days for most areas though some rural areas may take longer. Shipping upgrades are available via FedEx for with additional shipping fees.

Shipping is available to most countries outside of the United States. Due to increases in shipping rates, we currently offer the following shipping methods for our international customers. International flat rate shipping via FedEx International Connect Plus for $20 USD. FedEx Live Rate International Shipping options are also on the website priced according to destination and current rate. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees associated with the order (including VAT). Payment of these fees are due upon receipt of the package. We will NOT falsify customs forms.

We have a 30-day "no questions asked return policy" on purchases in the USA, and a 60-day "no questions asked return policy" for International customers. The customer is responsible for shipping returns back to us, no COD or postage-due items will be accepted. Items must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds on qualifying returns will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item. Our policy is 1-3 business days after we receive the item.

Items with manufacture defect or damage can be exchanged at no cost. Please contact us via our CONTACT FORM and request a Warranty Exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label to send the damaged or defective item back to us.

The basik is designed and machined with the Pilot G2 refill architecture in mind. This means the Pilot G2 refill is held in place at multiple points using the specifics of the external shape of the refill; this eliminates lateral refill movement aka tip wiggle. Other refills of similar size CAN be used, but each of them have unique external architecture, and therefore WILL have some lateral refill movement. Refills tested that function but have tip wiggle include: Muji Gel Ink Ballpoint Refill, Pentel Energel LRN5, Sharpie S-Gel, and UniBall Signo UMR-87.

At this time, we do not offer discounts on any of our items. Our pricing philosophy is to provide most durable US-machined pen on the market at the most competitive price without the need for discounts, sales, or deals. The price you see is the lowest price we can offer at this time.
