We're finishing off a series of comic book themed pens featuring some classics of a particular franchise that we started with the \u003cstrong\u003eJokers Wild basik.003. \u003c\/strong\u003eWe're adding three more pens to this series of Limited Editions releases, featuring custom, multi-step distressed Cerakote. The \u003cstrong\u003eCaped Crusader basik.003\u003c\/strong\u003e is the centerpiece of these releases, highlighting the main character who hunts down the most vile of villains in Gotham City. With the signal lighting up the gloomy clouded skies, he alights on the roof of the police station meeting with Jim Gordon to get the latest news on the seedy underbelly of the city he protects. Aaron at Area 15 has outdone himself utilizing three colors on this release. He applied a tape line separating the top and bottom of the pen, applying Ridgeway Blue to the grip area and Sniper Grey to the upper clip area. Over that he applied Armor black and then hand distressed the black leaving the pens looking incredible. While the grey blends into the black (it's VERY hard to photograph) it is noticeable in person and we've selected a black clip and screws BUT a brass knob for that pop of color we've come to expect from the outfits worn by the Darkest of Knights. The completed pens are absolutely amazing, and we wish we'd had more of them to do in this color, but this batch is limited to 26 pens.
