Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Service/Repair

Overview

Whether you need service on your favorite pen, an exchange, or if you have decided that our products aren’t for you and you wish to return them, simply ship them back to us with the form linked below and we will get you taken care of. All returns or exchanges must be in like-new condition. We do not cover any costs associated with shipping the returned item back to Karas Pen Co for refund or exchange. This is the responsibility of the customer, except for warranty issues. If you fail to package the product well enough to prevent damage on the return trip, you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for 30 days in the USA (60 days internationally). The customer is responsible for shipping returns back to us, No COD or postage-due items will be accepted. Do not ship items back in an unpadded envelope as this can cause damage in transit. Damaged items will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

We have a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Items must be returned in unused and the same condition as you received the item. Refunds will only be approved past the 30-day window for the manufacturer’s defect.

Exchanges

Our 30 day in the USA (60 day international) policy applies to exchanges as well as returns. Items being exchanged must be sent to us unused and in the same condition as you received them. Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange. Items being requested in the the exchange process must be equal or less value than the item being sent in. Prior approval of a more expensive exchange option must be previously discussed and the difference in cost will be paid prior to us shipping the exchange item.

Gift cards or store credit cannot be “exchanged” in this process and must be used for valid, in-stock products on our website.

Shipping & Miscellaneous

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Karas Pen Co, ATTN: Returns, 126 S. Country Club Dr., Mesa, AZ 85210.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PEN(S) IN AN UNPADDED ENVELOPE, IT WILL GET DAMAGED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

We guarantee all of our products against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear from use is not considered a defect and will not be warranted.

We will not warranty any Karas Pen Co product that has sustained damage from misuse, modification, or damage caused by unapproved inks or aftermarket add-ons.

A 15% restocking and re-polishing fee will be assessed against all brass and copper returns. Bulk returns (over 5 items) or multiple order returns may have a 20% restocking and shipping recoupment fee assessed against the refund. Nib returns must be clean and in working condition.
